A $2,000.00 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your credit card at pickup. It is released within 7–10 business days after return, provided there are no damages, misuse, or policy violations.
2. Usage & Charging Policy
The Cybertruck must be returned with a minimum 20% battery charge. Supercharging fees, tolls, and applicable processing charges will be deducted from the deposit. Off-roading, towing, or hauling heavy loads is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
3. Damage, Cleaning & Specialty Use Policy
No Smoking: A $1,500.00 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.
Exterior Care: Damage to the stainless steel body, wraps, or coatings may result in significant repair charges.
