1. Security Deposit
A $900.00 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your credit card at pickup. It is released within 5–7 business days after return, provided there are no damages, battery misuse, or policy violations.
2. Charging, Tolls & Parking
The vehicle must be returned with a minimum 20% battery charge. Supercharging fees, tolls, and processing charges will be deducted from the deposit. The renter is responsible for all parking tickets and traffic violations.
3. EV Usage & Cleaning Policy
No Smoking: A $1,000.00 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.
Charging Misuse: Running the battery below safe limits or returning below 20% may incur additional fees.
Inspection: Photo and video inspections are completed at pickup and return for full transparency.
