1. Security Deposit
A $1,000.00 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your credit card at pickup. It is released within 5–7 business days after return, provided there are no damages, battery misuse, or policy violations.
2. Charging, Tolls & Parking
The vehicle must be returned with a minimum 20% battery charge. Supercharging fees, tolls, and applicable processing charges will be deducted from the deposit. The renter is responsible for all parking tickets and traffic violations.
3. EV Usage & Cleaning Policy
No Smoking: A $1,000.00 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected.
Battery Misuse: Returning the vehicle below the required charge level or excessive fast charging abuse may result in additional fees.
Inspection: Photo and video inspections are completed at pickup and return to ensure transparency.
